Export; refers to the removal of a product outside the Turkish customs area or to free zones in accordance with the current export legislation and customs legislation, and other exits and transactions that will be considered as exports. Exporter; refers to real persons with an identification number or legal entities resident in Turkey and having a tax number, and partnerships that are not legal entities but are granted the authority to make legal transactions based on the current legislation, depending on the product to be exported.

Details in the transactions subject to export ; Making projects for the commodities sold, if they are subject to incentives,

  • To determine the GTIPs of the products to be exported,

  • To issue incentive certificates,

  • To register for membership in the relevant exporter unions according to the type of goods,

  • To carry out the procedures regarding obtaining preliminary permission from the relevant authorities, if any, and obtaining special documents (health certificate, control certificate, agricultural quarantine permit, atomic energy authority permit, A.TR, EUR-1, certificate of origin, consulate certification procedures depending on the country status) within the framework of the export regime and the procedures and principles included in the export regulation,

  • To ensure that the documents to be prepared by the Customs Consultant in accordance with the conditions of the export to be made in line with the company's request are delivered to the bank or to the recipient of the goods in accordance with the company's instructions,

  • After all documents are completed, to prepare the customs exit declaration, to have it accepted and registered at the relevant customs, to carry out inspection and detection,

  • Completing the customs procedures of the loaded vehicle, delivering the documents that will accompany the goods to the shipping company in line with the company's request,

  • Delivering the exporter copy of the closed customs exit declarations to the company,

  • In cases where confirmation is not seen in the vedop system after the goods are sent abroad, making the necessary correspondence with the relevant export customs and border customs and ensuring that the declaration is seen in the vedop system,

  • To carry out temporary export procedures and to monitor the entry of goods into the country within the specified period,

  • To follow up the duration of temporarily imported goods and to ensure that they are exported within the specified period, to close the commitment account and to provide collateral solutions,

  • To follow up on guarantees and commitments and finalize them,

  • Providing training to relevant units of customers regarding customs and foreign trade legislation,

  • Notify the companies related to the subject in writing of the changing legislation within one business day,

  • To carry out other procedures not specified above that are necessary for the timely and complete completion of export transactions,
